Senior Backend Engineer

Estamos construyendo una plataforma de inteligencia artificial multimodal enfocada en transformar la experiencia de los visitantes en grandes espacios físicos de alto tráfico mediante asistentes inteligentes en tiempo real.
Buscamos un/a Senior Backend Engineer para liderar el diseño, construcción y evolución de toda la arquitectura backend de la plataforma. Se trata de un rol con alta responsabilidad técnica y ownership real sobre el core del producto.
Trabajarás en la construcción de sistemas escalables, APIs, microservicios e integraciones que soportarán productos basados en IA utilizados en entornos internacionales de gran volumen.
Responsabilidades
- Diseñar y desarrollar la arquitectura backend y microservicios end-to-end.
- Construir APIs escalables y sistemas en tiempo real sobre Google Cloud Platform.
- Desarrollar integraciones con CRMs, CMSs, plataformas externas y APIs de terceros.
- Implementar soporte backend para sistemas de IA: retrieval APIs, embeddings, vector databases e inference services.
- Diseñar pipelines de eventos y datos para analytics y machine learning.
- Garantizar observabilidad, monitorización, logging, seguridad y buenas prácticas de CI/CD.
- Gestionar despliegues, migraciones, entornos y fiabilidad de plataforma.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de producto e IA en la definición técnica y entrega rápida de nuevas funcionalidades.
Requisitos imprescindibles
- 5+ años de experiencia desarrollando sistemas backend en producción.
- Dominio sólido de Python (FastAPI o Django).
- Experiencia avanzada con SQL y bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experiencia construyendo APIs REST.
- Experiencia en arquitecturas de microservicios y entornos cloud.
- Conocimiento en diseño de esquemas, migraciones, optimización y rendimiento.
- Experiencia integrando APIs externas (OAuth, webhooks, etc.).
- Capacidad para liderar decisiones técnicas y gestionar proyectos end-to-end.
- Perfil autónomo, resolutivo y cómodo trabajando en entornos startup de alta velocidad.
