Senior Ruby Backend Engineer - Scale SaaS & Secure APIs

Loyal Guru in Barcelona is seeking a Software Engineer to build and evolve a SaaS platform. You will work in an agile squad, writing high-quality Ruby and Go, focusing on scalable, secure backend systems and best practices.
You will collaborate with QA, Product Owners, and DevOps, contribute to architecture, and help maintain technical documentation, while leveraging AI tools for backend development. We offer flexible hours, reduced Fridays and August, a birthday day off, 25 days vacation,
