LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
• Responsable de la implementación de mejora continua, con focus específico en el control de los costes variables directos, introducción de LEAN y dinámicas de mejora continua, mantenimiento del dashboard operacional y elaboración de planes a medio plazo que nutran la previsión de inversiones y mejoras.
• Responsable de los procesos de SupplyChain básicos para el funcionamiento del negocio: Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Logistics, etc.
• Asegura el cumplimiento del sourcing por cliente/producto para garantizar la correcta asignación del laboratorio local, y de la rentabilidad de nuestras ventas (optimización cuenta resultados, decide donde comprar entre los laboratorios) en coordinación con el área de Controlling.
• Responsable del working capital (almacén local –inventario para servicio que necesito) para asegurar un servicio del 90% al 95% de las ventas, y un suministro pbp (piece-by-piece) .
• Responsable del stock de spare parts, consumibles, monturas y estuches(si procede)… de la compañía
•Responsable de planificar y ejecutar escrupulosamente el calendario de inventarios rotativos, así como el inventario del hard closing anual.
•Gestión de los equipos de logística, procurement, supplychain, calidad y procesos.
•Crea las estrategias necesarias de la cadena de suministro para aumentarla eficiencia y el servicio de cara a la satisfacción del cliente.
REQUISITOS NECESARIOS
•Ingeniería / Grado Administración de Empresas / Ingeniería, Logística o Cadena de Suministro.
•inglés fluido, hablado y escrito.
•Experiencia demostrable como gerente de logística y mejorade procesos, calidad en entorno productivos negociación y gestión de contratos, así como en compras.
•Nivel alto de Office(Excel)
VALORABLES
Metodología de proyectos y conocimientos de LEAN y 6-sigma.
• Experiencia en supply chain demand planning o S&OP
• Conocimientos para el comercio internacional y otros factores claves para alcanzar los objetivos de la logística en una organización.
• Experiencia en herramientas de bigdata (PowerBI o similar)
