This role is employed by Horse Powertrain and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

• Provide guidance and operational support to local customs teams on import/export processes.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and special regimes (temporary admissions, customs warehouses, etc.).
• Act as Customs Coordinator in the Cartography Committee, validating supply chain flows.
• Represent customs in Horse projects (ILN Service Mode, Loose Parts and others).
• Coordinate customs interactions with Aurobay China for synergy projects.
• Serve as the main customs point of contact for Supply Chain teams.
• Manage relationships with brokers and freight forwarders.
• Support emergency situations and coordinate cross‑functional resolutions.

• A proven track record of leading customs operations in multinational environments and coordinating complex import/export flows and hands‑on expertise in EU customs regulations (classification, valuation, origin, export control).
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related education.
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage.
