Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to newly acquired advertisers, guiding them through the onboarding journey and helping them build a strong foundation for successful digital advertising campaigns. From initial account setup and strategy development to campaign launch and optimization, you will provide tailored recommendations designed to improve performance and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient account setup and activation process.
• Understand each client's business needs, objectives, and target audience to develop customized advertising strategies.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns in line with industry best practices and defined performance goals.
• Develop strong and trusted client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
• Provide strategic advice and ongoing recommendations to enhance campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and the adoption of additional or advanced advertising solutions.
• Track campaign results, analyze key performance indicators, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, advertising platform developments, industry changes, and emerging technologies.
• Support long-term client success by delivering valuable insights, strategic guidance, and results-oriented advertising solutions.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in

  German

  (C2) and English (C1 level)
• Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
• Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
