Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsabilidades
- Llevar a cabo Job Intakes con hiring managers para comprender las necesidades de talento en sus equipos, así como acordar las fases, pruebas y criterios de evaluación de cada proceso de selección.
- Actuar como partner de Talent Acquisition para los equipos, asesorando en decisiones de selección y tendencias de mercado.
- Liderar procesos de selección completos para posiciones corporativas, desde la definición del perfil hasta el onboarding.
- Analizar métricas de selección y proponer acciones de mejora.
- Presentar resultados de selección y KPIs a stakeholders internos.
- Liderar el proceso de onboarding en todas sus fases, impulsando mejoras continuas y asegurando una experiencia de incorporación excelente.
- Colaborar con agencias externas de selección, realizando seguimiento de resultados y asegurando la calidad de las candidaturas presentadas.
- Redactar, publicar y difundir ofertas de empleo en distintos canales.
- Realizar la criba curricular cualitativa y entrevistas por competencias.
- Coordinar agendas y asegurar una experiencia fluida tanto para candidatos/as como para stakeholders internos.
- Recopilar y registrar la documentación personal necesaria para la elaboración del contrato laboral.
- Mantener y optimizar las bases de datos y herramientas de Talent Acquisition.
Requisitos
- Formación Universitaria en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, ADE o similar.
- Experiencia de al menos 4 años en selección de perfiles corporativos, en entornos de alto volumen y exigencia.
- Capacidad para liderar múltiples procesos de selección simultáneamente con foco en calidad y resultados.
- Alta capacidad de comunicación e influencia con stakeholders con diferentes niveles de responsabilidad.
- Experiencia trabajando con KPIs de selección y presentación de resultados.
- Manejo habitual de ATS y LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Muy valorable experiencia en ejecución y mejora de procesos de onboarding.
