Senior Deal Desk Manager

• Rebuild Deal Desk's operating model around complex deal structuring and pricing strategy
• Define ownership, support, automation, handoffs, and service levels across teams
• Build performance metrics and reporting for deal velocity, team output, and automation impact
• Represent Deal Desk in cross-functional forums and with Sales leadership
• Build, lead, and develop the Deal Desk team
• Personally run Perk's most complex and highest-value deals
• Own pricing governance and structuring for complex, non-standard commercial deals
• Mentor the team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, commercial risk, and escalations
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product to unblock deals
• Own the CPQ platform relationship and improve CPQ configuration, pricing logic, and quoting workflows
• Represent Deal Desk in Revenue Systems and CPQ/CLM roadmap decisions
• Own the Deal Desk automation roadmap using AI and automation
• Deliver automation for manual workflows such as company setup, payment profile setup, and subscription provisioning
• Partner with engineering and systems teams on automation initiatives
• Evaluate and pilot AI tools for contract redline review, NDA triage, and deal risk flagging
• Act as first line of defense on contract redlines and non-standard deal terms
• Own commercial governance, pricing and discounting policy, and approval structures
• Safeguard deal commercials, business risk, and revenue recognition implications

Requirements

• Strong Deal Desk experience within B2B SaaS, ideally spanning mid-market and enterprise segments
• Proven experience leading a Deal Desk or equivalent commercial/sales operations team, with direct people management responsibility
• Comfortable personally running complex, high-value deals while leading and developing a team
• Prior ownership of a complex CPQ platform
• Track record of measurable improvements to quoting, pricing, and deal velocity for Sales
• Experience scoping and delivering automation and/or AI initiatives that reduce manual operational work
• Experience partnering with engineering or systems teams
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product
• Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment
• English is the official language at the office
• Resume must be submitted in English
• Must be based within commuting distance of a Perk hub and work in person 3 days per week
