Lead onboarding activities that help clients quickly realize value from their Gartner membership.
Connect clients with Gartner research, experts, tools, and events aligned to their priorities.
Drive engagement and adoption of Gartner services to maximize client value and return on investment.
Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
Leverage client insights and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for increased value and stronger outcomes.
Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and strategic guidance.What You'll NeedRequired QualificationsFluency in English at a professional business level.
Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, or Swedish.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience gained through internships, professional work experience, customer-facing roles, or leadership activities.
