Acai Travel is transforming the travel industry with AI agents that automate the complex work travel agents handle today, from flight changes to refunds. Our customers include leading Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and Travel Management Companies (TMCs) that manage thousands of bookings every month. We help them run faster, leaner and with a better traveler experience.

We're backed by Nauta Capital, Amadeus Ventures, and DraperB1 (raised $5M and soon raising a Series A), with ~20 enterprise customers including Kiwi.com, Etraveli, Air Greenland, and Direct Travel. Acai is co-founded by Riccardo Vittoria, who previously built and sold 30SecondsToFly to American Express Global Business Travel, and Pavel Pratyush (ex-Head of Engineering at ManoMano, ex-CTO of Deporvillage, and ex-eBay).

About the Role

We're hiring a Product & Growth Associate to work directly with our Co-Founder & CTO. You'll cover the customer lifecycle end to end: getting new customers live, growing existing ones, and creating the material that explains and sells our new flagship product - AcaiDesk.

This role is for someone early in their career (0-2 years) who is exceptionally sharp, hungry and AI-native. You'll learn the whole business at once, from product and market to marketing, onboarding and support, working alongside engineering and customer success.

What You'll Do

Onboard new customers. Get new accounts live on AcaiDesk: run the kickoff, coordinate setup with engineering, train their teams, and make sure the first weeks go well.

Grow existing customers. Find where customers can get more out of Acai. Work with engineering to build what they need next, and upsell it to them.

Create product documentation. Produce the material that explains and sells the product: documentation, demo videos, onboarding videos and training guides.

What We're Looking For

0-2 years of experience, with an engineering or business degree. Recent graduates are welcome.

Exceptionally smart. You learn fast, think clearly, and get to the core of a problem quickly.

Hungry. You want more responsibility than you're given, and you go and get it.

AI-native. AI is already part of how you work. You use it to get up to speed fast on the product, the market, marketing, onboarding and support.

Native or near-native English.
