Join Free2Move , the mobility brand of the Stellantis Group , as we revolutionize the way people move. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Mobility Manager to lead the implementation and consolidation of our Free2Move Rent business line across the Stellantis dealer network in Spain.

As our Mobility Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence, ensuring our network is trained, professionalized, and ready to deliver top-tier Rent-a-Car services.

Your Mission

Your primary goal is to oversee the rollout of the Free2Move Rent program, fostering growth in vehicle registrations and ensuring every dealership meets our high standards of quality and profitability.

Area: Andalucía; Sevilla, Málaga, Córdoba...

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging E-learning and face-to-face training sessions to empower dealership teams with the right product knowledge and tools.

• Operational Excellence: Implement standardized processes to ensure a seamless and professional transition to the Rent-a-Car business model across the network.

• Business Optimization: Monitor KPIs, optimize fleet utilization, and implement continuous improvement plans to hit and exceed business targets.

• Strategic Growth (B2B & B2C): Drive profitable growth in external rentals and the B2B segment by coordinating commercial and marketing actions with dealers.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Increase the visibility and market positioning of Free2Move Rent within the Spanish market.

Who You Are

You are a proactive communicator with a strategic mindset and a "can-do" attitude. You thrive in changing environments and possess the autonomy to manage complex projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the Rent-a-Car industry (operations, counter management, or customer service).

• Sector Knowledge: Experience within the automotive sector or working directly with dealerships is highly valued.

• Education: University degree (preferred).

• Languages: Native or high-level Spanish and a high level of English (both written and spoken) are essential for collaborating with our international HQ.

• Skills: Strong training abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of commitment.

• Travel : 2 weeks / month from Monday to Thursday visiting our partners
