About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll work remotely from Greece while collaborating with an international team committed to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Czech via various communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while meeting quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work independently while contributing to team objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent or native-level Czech.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work remotely from Greece.
• Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens seven days before their start date to complete the hiring process.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: €1,200 per month
• Full-time employment.

Relocation Support

If you're relocating to Greece, you'll receive:

• Hotel accommodation for the first 3 weeks upon arrival.
• Up to €300 relocation support (initial payment).
• Assistance with hiring documentation and administrative procedures.
• Support throughout your relocation process.

Working Schedule

• 40-hour work week. Monday to Sunday with r otational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 .

Important Information

• Candidates relocating from abroad are required to work onsite for the first 3 months, unless they already have permanent accommodation in Greece and a confirmed internet connection suitable for remote work.
• Candidates living outside Athens may receive accommodation during the training period before returning to work remotely from their home location within Greece.
