IMPORTANT: This role is remote only in Greece, working remotely from another country is not an option, and relocation support is provided.

About the Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative , you'll provide high-quality customer service to customers across a variety of products and services. You'll help resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and general service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native Dutch (at least C1 preferred).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Relocation Package

We make your move to Greece as smooth as possible with a comprehensive relocation package, including:

• 4 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position.
• 5 days/week, 8 hours/day with rotating shifts
