Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA (French Speaking)

Ergomed seeks a Clinical Research Associate II to conduct pre-study, initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits at investigational sites in Madrid. The role requires extensive phase 2/3 trial experience, fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel nationally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-study, initiation, interim, and close-out monitoring visits at investigational sites
- Verify investigator qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff adequacy
- Train investigational site staff as needed
- Support preparation of regulatory and ethics committee submissions when applicable
Requirements
- College or university degree in life sciences or equivalent education and experience
- Extensive on-site monitoring experience in phase 2/3 clinical trials
- Ideal experience with complex trials such as oncology or rare disease
- Full working proficiency in English and French
- Strong planning, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel nationally
