Senior Clinical Research Associate position based in Spain overseeing clinical trial monitoring and site management. The role involves ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and quality standards while leading monitoring activities and supporting cross-functional teams in a sponsor-dedicated model.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standards
- Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and provide operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection, quality, and reporting
- Train site staff and other CRAs to maintain clinical trial conduct standards
- Build relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate trial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Extensive Clinical Research Associate experience with clinical trial process knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and clinical trial software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
