Jouw Rol
Als onze Team Leader Sales voor de Benelux-markt ben jij de ultieme coach en motivator! Je geeft leiding aan een hoogwaardig team van agenten en stimuleert sales-excellentie voor Nederland en België. Jouw missie is om prestaties te maximaliseren, topkwaliteit interacties te leveren en je team geïnspireerd te houden om hun targets te verpletteren!
Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden
Leiden om te Winnen: Stimuleer je team om KPI's zoals conversie, cross-selling en omzetdoelen te behalen.
Wees de Coach: Luister gesprekken mee en houd 1-op-1 sessies om verkooptechnieken en bezwaarafhandeling te ontwikkelen.
Dagelijks Management: Beheer roosters, vakantieaanvragen en verzuim in samenwerking met de planning.
Operationele Excellentie: Beheer de werkdruk en wachtrijen om servicelevels te halen. ⚙️
Motiveren: Bereid maandelijkse incentives voor om de motivatie torenhoog te houden!
Samenwerken: Werk nauw samen met Training, Quality en HR om onze processen constant te verbeteren.
Jouw Profiel
Taalwonder: Native Nederlands of Vlaams, plus een hoog niveau Engels en Spaans ️.
Bewezen Leider: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het leiden van salesteams in een resultaatgerichte omgeving.
Tech-Savvy: Expert in Excel en PowerPoint, met kennis van Power BI.
Multitasker: Vermogen om meerdere prioriteiten te beheren met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
Communicator: Sterke presentatie- en sociale vaardigheden om stakeholders te betrekken.
