Задачи:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance;
• Develop a deep understanding of one talent market under the Leadership Scope to source the best candidates;
• Tailor sourcing strategies for each region using local networks, job boards, and other resources;
• Monitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for the relevant regions;
• Coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion, adapting to the managed regions;
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies for finding top talent;
• Use ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results;
• Support employer branding activities by attending networking events and e-meetups;
• Manage the candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities that may be a fit.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience recruiting leadership profiles or conducting executive search in a fast-paced environment;
• Successful collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders, including advising leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions;
• Experience working with a variety of roles and levels internationally;
• Experience with market research and talent insights, combined with strong and varied sourcing abilities;
• Solid understanding of Glovo's vision, business model, and operations;
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build effective recruiting partnerships;
• Data-oriented approach to recruiting strategy and goals without compromising quality or candidate experience;
• Knowledge and experience of regional talent markets, particularly in WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa;
• Candidates without solid experience in 100% of these areas are less likely to apply for this role;
• Nice to have: experience in a scale-up or tech company.
