EU Marketing Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support to oversee localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfilment and further approval processes.
• Support local special project completion (in-person or virtual events).
• Support with documentation and reporting.
• Develop into first POC for design and copy.
• LinkedIn content management across countries.
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with the target audience.
• Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines, work with other departments to gather necessary data and coordinate with localizers (copy) and design from creative team.
• Responsible for project documentation and performance/goals tracking on ad hoc basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination or marketing management including creative brief management, asset production, and documentation.
• Analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels.
• Very organized and result-driven, able to perform at a fast pace.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
• LinkedIn experience.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
