The opportunity

At Atos, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Specialized Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our SAP business in Spain. You will lead the development and closure of SAP opportunities across new and existing clients. You will help shape the SAP go-to-market agenda in Spain, support strategic investment and pursuit decisions, and act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Drive SAP pipeline, order entry, and revenue

• Own the development of a qualified SAP pipeline and the achievement of agreed order-entry and revenue objectives.
• Build strong relationship with sales representatives of SAP Spain in order to create a network of confidence with them.
• Proactively identify and develop opportunities with mainly new prospects but also existing customers across the Spanish market.
• Create territory and opportunity plans aligned with the priorities of the Spanish sales organization and the SAP Business Line.
• Build new relationships within target clients and expand Atos’ presence across the SAP installed base.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across SAP services and the wider Atos portfolio.

Lead the complete SAP sales cycle

• Be involved in the definition of the demand generation strategy as a necessary advisor.
• Lead SAP opportunities from initial identification and qualification through discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation, internal approval, and contract signature.
• Establish a clear understanding of the customer’s business case, decision process, stakeholders, competitive environment, funding, timing, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain a disciplined and transparent opportunity pipeline, including accurate qualification, forecasting, risk visibility, and next-step planning.
• Lead negotiations in close collaboration with Commercial Management, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and other relevant stakeholders.

Orchestrate complex pursuits

• Bring together the appropriate combination of SAP consulting, architects, solution experts, delivery leaders, commercial specialists, and partner resources.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with the customer’s business objectives and are technically credible, commercially responsible, and operationally deliverable.
• Contribute to bid strategy, competitive positioning, executive sponsorship, and negotiation planning.

Develop the SAP partner ecosystem

• Work closely with SAP and relevant strategic technology partners to develop joint opportunities.
• Create effective co-selling relationships and identify partner-supported routes to market.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant SAP sales, alliance, and solution stakeholders.
• Coordinate partner participation throughout opportunity development and solution shaping.

What you bring

• Significant experience in enterprise technology, consulting, or IT services sales in the Spanish market.
• A strong track record of developing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder SAP opportunities.
• Experience selling SAP transformation, implementation, cloud, application-management, or managed-services engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business with both new and existing customers.
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving business, IT, procurement, finance, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, qualification, forecasting, commercial strategy, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

• SAP LeanIX and enterprise architecture.
• SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP SaaS solutions.
• Complex implementation, integration, and managed-services operating models.
