After raising €5 million in seed funding, we are scaling our teams and expanding into key markets.

About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to own the retention and growth of our German‑speaking customer base. You will manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, see value from the product, and renew long‑term.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage accounts to minimize churn and secure renewals.
• Identify risks early and build engagement plans with customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, health scores, and renewal timelines.
• Use product usage and feedback to manage account health.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About you

• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• 2–5 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive and ownership‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable using CRM and customer‑success tools.
