As a **Business Development Representative** on our team, you will: * Update the existing customer’s database (identify the right decision maker) * Reach out to key contacts and Qualify their interest for the two value propositions: business travel and meetings/events * Transfer the lead to our client internal sales teams (“group desks”) to set up qualified meetings * Develop sales and profitability of the own customer portfolio according to the account plans, the portfolio & marketing plans and country sales strategy. * Develop customer experience by proactive sales work. * Carry out management of client portfolio **Your qualifications** We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Your natural talent to help others and go beyond WOW for our customers will fit right in with what we do and who we are. **Concentrix is a great match if you:** * Are bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and English * Have experience in prospecting and B2B customer management * Are an expert in inside sales B2B activities * Have knowledge and interest in the hotel industry desired but not mandatory * Have outstanding negotiation skills (i.e., reactivation of sleeping customers, prospect and lead qualification, scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation) * Are Self-motivated and have a proactive attitude to develop new prospect and closing deals. * Can understand client’s needs * Have ability to learn quickly and maintain comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services. * Have knowledge and/or interest in the hotel industry (desired) Don’t meet every requirement?
