Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling SaaS or software-related products.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and booking meetings with key decision-makers in German-speaking and international markets.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, experienced in B2B SaaS sales, and comfortable managing outbound prospecting activities in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
Identify, research, and engage potential B2B customers across German-speaking markets (DACH region).
Generate qualified leads and book meetings for Account Executives and sales teams.
Communicate confidently with prospects in both German and English.
Understand customer pain points and effectively position SaaS solutions.
Qualify prospects using established sales qualification frameworks.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken) - essential.
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in an SDR, BDR, or outbound B2B sales role.
Proven experience selling SaaS, software, or technology-related products - mandatory.
Strong experience with outbound cold calling, email prospecting, and lead generation.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Ability to confidently engage decision-makers and handle objections.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and sales pipeline management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Previous experience selling into Germany, Austria, or Switzerland (DACH).
Experience with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience working with international SaaS companies.
