Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Service Business Process Manager__JOB SUMMARYThe Global Project Manager / Product Manager owns the strategy, vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of digital and AI-enabled products or services that drive value for ABB customers and the business. This role bridges technology, business, and customer needs while leading global cross-functional initiatives, ensuring products are developed, launched, and evolved based on market demand, customer feedback, business objectives, and successful project execution. The Global Project Manager / Product Manager is accountable for product-market fit, competitive positioning, go-to-market strategy, program governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes including revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and delivery of strategic initiatives.This is a global position with core teams and stakeholders located in Spain, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Candidates based in these countries are preferred; however, other locations may be considered based on business needs and candidate qualifications. The role requires regular collaboration across international teams and time zones.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESDefines and communicates product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with ABB business objectives and market opportunitiesConducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify market needs, trends, and opportunitiesDevelops detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and use cases that guide engineering and design teamsCollaborates with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launchEstablishes product success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) and monitors performance against targets; analyzes product adoption and customer feedbackOwns the go-to-market strategy including positioning, pricing, pricing model, sales enablement, and launch planningManages product backlog, prioritization, and release planning in collaboration with engineering teamsGathers and prioritizes customer and stakeholder feedback; translates insights into product improvements and innovationsManages product lifecycle from conception through launch, growth, maturity, and sunset phasesAnalyzes sales pipelines, pipeline velocity, win/loss analysis to optimize product-market positioning and messagingIdentifies and evaluates partnership opportunities, API integrations, and ecosystem expansion possibilitiesDrives adoption and customer success initiatives; builds product communities and gathering user feedback loopsCommunicates product vision and strategy to executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersMonitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape;
