- Liderar iniciativas estratégicas Front-to-Back en Equities (Cash y Derivados Listados).
- Colaborar en un gran equipo de personas dispuestas a ayudar.
Requisitos
- Más de 10 años de experiencia como IT Project Manager Lead.
- Experiencia contrastada en Order Management (Care, algoritmos, block trading) y conectividad (DMA, EDA).
- Experiencia contrastada en procesos de Back Office: Confirmaciones, liquidación, clearing, colaterales.
- Conocimiento regulatorio: MiFID II, EMIR, MAR, DORA.
- Conocimientos de FIX, SQL, Python, arquitectura de sistemas de trading (alto nivel).
- Conocimiento de herramientas Front Office: Fidessa, FISTrader, EMSX (Bloomberg), Ullink, ORC.
- Conocimiento de herramientas BackOffice: UBIX, FISCD, XTP(ION), Sernova, BME Intech, Hydra(IONCAD-IT).
Competencias Clave
Demuestra extensive experience in IT Project Management with a focus on Order Management and Back Office processes, along with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II and EMIR. Proficient in utilizing various Front and Back Office tools to lead strategic initiatives in Equities.
