Sales Intern (French Market)

Tasks

Your role will focus on supporting the sales team while driving new business growth across the French market. Key responsibilities include:

• Adopting a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and win new business.
• Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with a strong focus on the French market.
• Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates, follow‑ups, and pipeline management.
• Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Building long‑term client relationships by delivering outstanding post‑sales support and solution‑oriented selling.
• Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and maximize margins.
• Providing hands‑on support to customers, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience at every stage.

Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven profile with the following qualifications:

• Strong customer‑centric mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Nice to have - experience in telesales and/or e‑commerce environments.
• Nice to have - background in sales and customer service, ideally within the IT sector.
• Highly results‑oriented, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
• French (spoken and written) is required.
• Spanish and English are a strong plus.
• Availability to work from Madrid (candidates already based in Madrid are preferred).
• Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly understand new business and technical concepts.
