French Speaking Business Development Representative - Onsite in Barcelona

We are looking for a highly motivated French-speaking Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition through both inbound and outbound sales. In this role, you will identify, engage, and convert new clients while building strong relationships with business decision-makers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative selling. Curiosity, commercial drive, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success.

Important: This role is based in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email, and social selling.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery and needs-analysis calls to understand clients' business and marketing objectives.
• Present tailored AI and digital advertising solutions based on client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer handover process.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions.

Requirements

• C1 level of French and B2 level of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Experience in pre-sales, lead qualification, B2B sales, or business development.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Strong self-prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience managing or working with databases.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with senior and C-level decision-makers.
• Target-driven, proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.

• Competitive base salary of €26,000 gross/year.
