Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR/year base + uncapped commissions

About the Position

We are hiring an English-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to manage the full sales cycle for innovative digital solutions. This hybrid role requires strong commercial experience, excellent communication skills, and full comfort with cold‑calling and KPI-driven performance.

Additional Information

~4 weeks of fully on-site training in Madrid

Monthly commission target: 600 EUR, with multipliers (x1, x1.3, x2, x3)

Quarterly bonus: if average achievement exceeds 150%, the entire quarter receives a 3x multiplier

Growth path: AE2 (35,000 EUR) and AE3 (40,000 EUR)

Permanent contract

22 days of annual leave + discretionary days between Dec 24–31 + Friday afternoons off

Hybrid model available after reaching 70% of target

After training: approx. 1 on-site visit per month, with travel expenses covered

Requirements

Fluent or bilingual English 

Must already live in Spain

1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, outbound, call center)

Strong cold‑calling skills and KPI orientation

Availability aligned with US time zones

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle

Conduct client meetings and manage free trials

Handover accounts to Customer Experience

Work with auto-assigned leads

Achieve 80–100 calls/day

Meet KPIs: calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, MRR

Ramp-up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%
