Quality and Compliance Executive

• Provide oversight of IAG Cargo's global operations across IAG operating companies regarding regulatory requirements and IAG Cargo standards
• Develop and deliver a quality assurance programme
• Support the business in identifying and addressing non-compliance
• Work across a worldwide network of insourced and outsourced operations
• Design, implement, and manage group safety, security, and operations standards aligned with regulatory requirements
• Manage group approvals and licenses, ensuring required approvals are in place and complied with
• Oversee network performance through a quality assurance programme
• Provide regional support and advice on aviation security, health and safety, and quality management
• Develop and manage audit and inspection plans for the IAG Cargo network
• Ensure compliance with EASA OPS, other regulations, operating-company policies, and IAG Cargo standards
• Recommend corrective actions for shortfalls and monitor completion
• Investigate safety and security incidents as required
• Produce reports on findings, observations, and recommendations
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of global technical standards
• Support obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals
• Produce trend analysis, metrics, analytics, and reporting across operations
