Marketing & Process Specialist Trainee

At Ferrero Ibérica, you will join our dynamic Marketing team in Barcelona and play a key role in supporting strategic projects for Kinder Masterbrand, Tablets and Bites . This is your chance to gain hands‑on experience in marketing operations, digital content creation , and project management , while learning from industry leaders in a global environment.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for marketing activities, including managing purchases, coordinating back‑office tasks, and conducting cost analysis . Additionally, you will act as a project manager for transversal Kinder initiatives, driving digital projects , maintaining brand websites, and collaborating with agencies to create engaging content. You will also contribute to promotional campaigns , manage consumer databases, and analyze performance metrics using tools like Nielsen and IRI . Furthermore, you will assist in developing packaging briefs, overseeing design approvals, and supporting budget tracking and monthly reporting.

About You:

You are a motivated student with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for marketing and digital innovation . You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem‑solving skills , and have a proactive approach to project management. Advanced knowledge of MS Office is essential, and familiarity with SAP or data analysis tools like Nielsen/IRI will be considered a plus.
