What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with account-related questions and content reports
• Help create a safer online community by applying platform policies
• Provide accurate solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1-C2)
• Good English skills (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable using digital platforms (full training provided)
