What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

• Be the Coffee Hero: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with their premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
• Provide Smart After-Sales Support: Guide users through fun, uncomplex daily scenarios—from setting up their new machines and troubleshooting simple quirks to handling delivery status and refund inquiries.
• Work with Top Tech: Manage your daily customer interactions smoothly using industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce) and cutting-edge internal AI applications.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid command of English (B2–C1) for your training and software systems.
• PC Basics: Comfortable navigating computers with a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
