Business Systems Analyst, SAP B1 Support

• Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting
• Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration
• Work with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements
• Manage and prioritize business system support requests based on business impact
• Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and elevate structural issues
• Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Support Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management
• Troubleshoot macOS hardware and software issues and prepare devices for new hires
• Support endpoint management through MDM platforms and maintain IT asset inventory
• Report to the Director of Strategic Business Ops

Requirements

• Must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One (required)
• Strong understanding of SAP Business One functionality and system configuration
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
• Experience supporting ERP systems and business processes
• Exposure to BPA, EDI, or other business system integrations
• Experience with Google Workspace and macOS environments (nice to have)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Halo, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 3–6+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems
• Proven experience with SAP Business One
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
• Must live within close proximity to NSI's Barcelona office
• Availability to work 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Occasional flexibility to support critical business systems outside normal hours
