Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to build relationships and arrange meetings.
- Planning and developing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching local installers to find new opportunities.
- Adding value to current customers while attracting new ones.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing deals and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the growth of business development team and ensuring they are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, business, marketing or related field.
- Over 5 years experiences in Security Sector as sales person working with installers and system integrators.
- Good knowledge of video, intrusion and access control systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive with minimal guidance while teamworking, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
