Responsibilities

• Originate and close new business for data center capacity (MW), white space and associated services
• Target Spanish enterprises including banks, retailers, manufacturers, CDNs and fast-growing corporates
• Engage with hyperscalers and neo-cloud providers alongside internal stakeholders
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to commercial agreement and capacity reservation
• Translate customer requirements around power density, cooling, resilience and scalability into viable commercial solutions
• Educate enterprise customers on DLC, AI-ready infrastructure and future-proof data center design
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of pre-operational opportunities ahead of 2027 delivery
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and long-term commitments
• Work closely with technical, legal and delivery teams to structure contracts and fit-out solutions

Skills/Must have

• Proven background in the data center sector (capacity, space, contracts, fit-out and value-added services)
• Established commercial network within the Spanish data center ecosystem
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of new logo acquisition
• Deep understanding of data center commercial models and contractual structures
• Ability to sell future capacity and guide customers through early-stage commitments
• Fluent Spanish (English not mandatory)
• 10+ years’ experience in data center business development or sales
• Background with traditional data center operators or colocation providers
• Demonstrated experience selling to enterprise and corporate customers
