Job Description

Become our Customer Service Representative!

Your daily tasks will include:

• Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
• Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
• Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you if:

• You have a  C1 level of English and are  fluent in French .
• You are available full-time.
• You are a great communicator : You know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.
• You are detail-oriented & organized

Experience is a plus!  Y ou’ve worked in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better!

Additional Information

What we offer:

• Permanent contract  from day one.
• Salary: €20,000gross per year.
• You will be working from our Madrid office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 3 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period. Our office is located at Calle de Albasanz, 15, 28037 Madrid.
