French Market Customer Care Manager - AI-Savvy Solver

Qonto is hiring a Customer Care Manager for the French market within the Account Management team. You will resolve production tickets across chat, email, and video calls, and help shape how our team operates under the guidance of the Team Lead.
You will investigate account activity and transaction history, propose product-based solutions, and collaborate with Product and Tech to fix bugs and enhance internal systems. Flexibility to work outside regular hours is valued.
