Задачи:

• Provide operational analyses for User Acquisition and Growth groups using partner platform dashboards and exported datasets
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver timely, actionable insights
• Respond to operational performance questions that do not require internal data modelling or Data Science methodologies
• Oversee, track, and quality-control marketing technology platforms, including AppsFlyer and advertising partner tools
• Monitor partner dashboards for anomalies, tracking issues, and reporting discrepancies
• Coordinate with external partners and elevate internal data issues to the Data Analytics team
• Configure, monitor, and report on partner-native incrementality experiments
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Data Science teams on experiment implementation and interpretation
• Support operational execution while Data Science owns methodology and statistical evaluation
• Support onboarding, integration, and continuous quality assurance of external marketing and analytics platforms
• Manage relationships with external marketing technology vendors
• Validate partner data and coordinate issue resolution across internal and external collaborators
• Aggregate spend, impressions, installs, attribution, and performance metrics across advertising partners
• Produce recurring operational reports for User Acquisition and Growth collaborators
• Identify reporting inconsistencies and elevate reconciliation issues to the Data Analytics team
• Track campaign spend against planned budgets and pacing targets
• Flag deviations, delivery risks, and unexpected performance changes
• Build and maintain lightweight operational dashboards using partner-exported data and spreadsheet-based reporting tools
• Ensure accurate implementation of campaign tracking, UTM structures, AppsFlyer links, and event configurations
• Collaborate with User Acquisition teams to confirm tracking before campaign launches
• Monitor attribution health across partner platforms and elevate technical issues when necessary
• Collaborate with User Acquisition, Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams on campaign implementation
• Translate operational business requirements into actionable requests for centralized data teams
• Improve operational processes across marketing technology and reporting workflows

Требования:

• 2+ Years of experience in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Ad Operations, Growth Analytics, or a similar role
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, mobile advertising, or performance marketing
• Hands‑on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners, preferably AppsFlyer
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution and marketing performance metrics
• Experience using advertising platform dashboards such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, and AppLovin
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to have: background in mobile applications, gaming, or performance marketing
• Nice to have: familiarity with SKAdNetwork and privacy-centric mobile measurement
• Nice to have: experience with partner-native incrementality testing tools
• Nice to have: experience with external marketing technology platforms and analytics providers
• Nice to have: exposure to Looker, Redash, Tableau, or Power BI
• Nice to have: basic SQL for reading or validating data
• Nice to have: campaign tagging, tracking links, event configuration, mobile gaming experience especially free-to-play or social casino
• Nice to have: experience assisting User Acquisition teams
• Nice to have: familiarity with retargeting platforms and attribution ecosystems
• Nice to have: creative analytics platforms and marketing automation tools
• Nice to have: MMP products
