En Grupo Hasten estamos seleccionando un/a Technical Lead, con experiencia en operaciones de ciberseguridad para unirse a uno de nuestros grandes clientes, en modalidad 100% en remoto.
Funciones principales
Diseñar e implementar procesos y procedimientos dentro del SOC de Google Cloud Security, aumentando eficiencia y efectividad.
Integrar nuevos productos y servicios de Google en el entorno operativo en colaboración con equipos de procesos y automatización.
Evaluar y mejorar tecnologías y herramientas de Google utilizadas en el SOC, manteniendo la protección frente a amenazas actuales.
Trabajar con clientes estratégicos para adaptar los procesos del SOC a sus necesidades y realizar POCs (pruebas de concepto).
Definir métricas y reportes que midan la efectividad operativa y el impacto de nuevas soluciones (incluyendo Gemini).
Capacitar y guiar al equipo del SOC, impulsando una cultura de mejora continua.
Documentar arquitecturas, guías de despliegue y buenas prácticas.
Diseñar nuevos productos y servicios de seguridad basados en Google Cloud (ej.: assessments, consultoría).
Identificar sinergias y eficiencias operativas, optimizando recursos.
Experiencia requerida
+5 años de experiencia en operaciones de ciberseguridad (SOC, SecOps, Cloud Security).
Experiencia directa con SIEM, YARA-L, reglas de detección e ingestion pipelines.
Conocimiento técnico profundo de Google Cloud Platform y arquitecturas cloud-native.
Experiencia en soluciones de Google Cloud Security: SIEM, Threat Intelligence y Cloud Security.
