Norwegian Account Manager in Spain

Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager for their Hospitality Industry team based in Málaga.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow client accounts in the hospitality sector
• Use CRM tools to qualify leads, generate opportunities, and track progress
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
• Support clients with group accommodation, events, and travel requests

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Norwegian (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
• Background in sales, account management, or customer success (hospitality experience a plus)
• Organized, communicative, and results-driven
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great client experiences
