Manager, Transaction Services - Deal Advisory

Responsabilidades
- Proporcionamos asesoramiento financiero completo en el contexto de transacciones de compra y venta de empresas
- Colaborar con los principales Private Equity y fondos de inversión tanto nacionales como internacionales
- Análisis de mecanismos de ajuste a precio en una transacción y asesoramiento en SPA
- Proporcionar una visión clara y objetiva de la situación financiera de la empresa ayudando a compradores, vendedores inversores o prestamistas para negociar mejor las condiciones de la transacción.
Requisitos
- Experiencia profesional mínima de 6 años en advisory financiera (Deal Advisory)
- Formación universitaria: Licenciatura/Grado en Ingeniería, ADE, Económicas o Doble Titulación Derecho y ADE
- Imprescindible Alto nivel de inglés (C1-C2)
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Se requiere capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, proactividad, carácter comercial, buena capacidad de comunicación, iniciativa, flexibilidad y compromiso profesional
