Housekeeping Operations & Quality Leader

Miiro Hotels in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our Rooms Division. This role requires a strong background in housekeeping and quality standards, with responsibilities spanning the entire guest experience.
Your duties will include overseeing housekeeping quality, conducting inspections, managing relationships with teams, and driving improvements in guest satisfaction. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
