El puesto de Intern de Soporte de inSite apoyará al equipo de soporte funcional de inSite en la operación diaria, mantenimiento y mejora continua de la plataforma inSite. Esta posición brinda experiencia práctica en soporte de aplicaciones empresariales dentro de un entorno global de construcción y ingeniería, colaborando estrechamente con analistas funcionales, equipos técnicos y usuarios de negocio.
Responsabilidades
- Apoyar al equipo de soporte funcional de inSite en la gestión y seguimiento de incidentes y solicitudes de usuario.
- Contribuir al análisis y documentación de problemas funcionales reportados por los usuarios finales.
- Mantener y actualizar la documentación funcional, guías de usuario y materiales de capacitación.
- Apoyar las actividades de Pruebas de Aceptación del Usuario (UAT) para nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras.
- Colaborar con analistas senior en sesiones de formación de usuarios e procesos de incorporación.
- Realizar revisiones y validaciones básicas de datos relacionados con los procesos de inSite.
- Facilitar la coordinación entre usuarios de negocio, soporte tecnológico y equipos de desarrollo.
- Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua dentro de la plataforma inSite y sus procesos de soporte.
Calificaciones
- Estudiante matriculado o recién graduado en Administración de Empresas (ADE), Ingeniería Civil / Ingeniería de Construcción, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o campos relacionados.
- Comprensión básica de sistemas informáticos o aplicaciones empresariales.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y disposición para aprender.
- Fluidez en español e inglés.
