Go-to-Market Portfolio & Communications Manager (Temporary - 6 months)

Important Note: This is a temporary/interim position (6-month duration). Only candidates with immediate or full availability for a temporary contract will be considered for this position.

We are seeking a hands-on GTM Portfolio & Communications Manager to oversee our client's go-to-market project delivery across two primary customer segments. In this cross‑functional role, you will hold a consolidated view of all active GTM initiatives, establish readiness standards, and drive the external customer communications timeline.

Operating in a high‑visibility environment, you will build the operational backbone for portfolio governance, coordinating dependencies across product, marketing, and commercial teams to keep launches on schedule.

• GTM Master Portfolio Plan: Maintain a real-time, consolidated view of all active projects across both customer segments, tracking phases, dependencies, owners, and key milestones.
• Readiness Framework: Establish and enforce product and market readiness checklists across contributing cross-functional teams prior to launch progression.
• Project Governance: Lead weekly review calls to evaluate project status against readiness criteria, proactively unblocking issues and tracking action items to closure.
• Customer Communications Calendar: Plan and manage outbound customer communications against external deadlines, ensuring smooth approval workflows and distribution routing.
• Executive Reporting: Produce monthly executive reporting packs to provide leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health and launch readiness.
• Knowledge Transfer & Handover: Document processes, templates, and operating rhythms to deliver a seamless handover package at the end of the assignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience within a Marketing, Product, or Commercial function.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Conversational or professional proficiency in Spanish.
