The opportunity

We are building a B2B SaaS company in compliance: an AI copilot that helps AML teams at banks, payment institutions and fintechs run investigations and KYC/KYB reviews faster — producing auditable case files with a human always in the loop. Compliance teams in Europe are drowning in alerts and manual casework just as a new wave of EU regulation (AMLA, DORA) raises the bar; the budget is large, growing and non-discretionary.

As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat — launching and leading your own company. We invest in you and act as your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic support so you can go from 0 to 1 faster.

As CEO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for

• Owning the company's vision, strategy and P&L from day zero.
• Driving customer discovery with compliance leaders (MLROs, CCOs) to sharpen the wedge and reach product-market fit.
• Building a repeatable go-to-market: landing lighthouse customers, converting pilots into recurring contracts, and owning ARR growth.
• Recruiting and leading an exceptional founding team alongside Antai.
• Navigating a regulated buyer: building trust with compliance, risk and audit stakeholders where credibility is the product.
• Raising the company's next funding rounds.
• Setting the culture, pace and operating cadence of the company.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

• Proven 0→1 experience operating a digital business — as a founder, early employee or general manager with real ownership.
• 5+ years of professional experience with increasing operational leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top talent.
• Strong commercial judgment: you know how to find revenue and close complex B2B deals.
• Experience in regulated industries — financial services, compliance, legal or insurance.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent Spanish and English.

Nice-to-haves (bonus)

• Experience building or selling B2B software to enterprise or mid-market buyers.
• Direct exposure to AML/KYC, financial-crime or regtech.
• Previous founder of a VC-backed company, or early at a high-growth startup.
