We are looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience whom value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and working on a diverse international company. **How you will make an impact** * Support Project Team on HRBP´s activities. * Support the staffing processes including workforce planning & creation of job profiles. * Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization * Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes. * Proactively support & suggest management on General HR topics * Consultancy firms experience will be valuable **Your background** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. * Between 2-4 years proven experience in HR Projects / HR Business Partner/ Talent Partner preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization * Knowledge of HR principles and practices * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. * Communication and interpersonal skills * Spanish and English fluent (Speaking and Writing) * Strong Excel & Word skills
