Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 5 000 seller partners and 11 million products, ManoMano currently employs 500 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

CONTEXTAs part of ManoMano's Spain team, the Account Manager Spain will play a key role in developing and animating the Spanish marketplace. Spain is a strategic growth market for ManoMano, and this role sits within the Operations team under the leadership of Grégoire Hirtz, Chief Operating Officer. The Account Manager will work closely with the Account Management team in France, contributing to the commercial performance of Spanish sellers on the platform. This position is a backfill following the departure of Claudia Linares, and the direct manager will be Maurin Gerbet.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of ManoMano's Spain team, the Account Manager will manage a portfolio of Spain sellers driving commercial growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of 40 sellers to improve their performance on ManoMano
- Identify and activate growth levers such as pricing, selection, availability
- Drive upsell initiatives for merchants, as Mano Express logistics services, advertising, retail media, cross-border and B2B
- Monitor and steer portfolio performance, prioritize key actions, and support strategic negotiations with sellers
- Facilitate the organization and management of promotional campaigns, in close collaboration with the France Account Management team
- Handle the first commercial call between ManoMano and sellers who submit inbound commercial requests
PROFILE
- Senior profile with 3-4 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a marketplace, e-commerce, or retail context
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills & business sense with a proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Results-driven, with strong analytical skills to track sales performance and develop actionable plans (advanced GSheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL a plus)
- Highly organized with proven portfolio management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners at a high level
- Solid understanding of e-commerce challenges, including UX, B2B operations, product selection, delivery experience, and competitive landscape
- Strong interest and expertise in the DIY sector
- Comfortable in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment
