H&S Assistant

Nuestro equipo en España está buscando un Health & Safety Assistant - Asistente de seguridad y salud - para incorporarse a un proyecto en Zaragoza/Huesca. El puesto es un contrato permanente con ERM. ERM es un proveedor líder a nivel mundial de servicios de consultoría en materia de medio ambiente, salud & seguridad y riesgos sociales. Nuestro equipo se dedica a crear soluciones sostenibles para clientes de diversas industrias. Como H&S Assistant, te encargas de que el coordinador de seguridad y salud tenga suficiente disponibilidad para supervisar las instalaciones, garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas en las mismas y, a petición del cliente, proporcionar apoyo en la gestión del acceso, así como de que se respeten y apliquen las normas del cliente durante toda la duración del proyecto en las diferentes instalaciones (en la medida de lo razonablemente posible).

Entre tus principales responsabilidades:

• Mantener actualizada la plataforma CAE (CTAIMA) para garantizar que los proveedores y trabajadores previstos estén autorizados para entrar en las instalaciones a su debido tiempo.
• Servir de enlace entre el promotor, los proveedores y contratistas, CTAIMA y el equipo de ERM H&S, para que los problemas relacionados con el uso de la plataforma se resuelvan de forma ágil (carga de documentos, documentos erróneos, problemas de software, etc.).
• Realizar auditorías CAE periódicas sobre el terreno para garantizar que los trabajadores cumplen con la documentación y la competencia necesarias para realizar los trabajos previstos.
• Gestionar las cuestiones de control de acceso diario en las instalaciones cuando sea necesario.
• Apoyar a los coordinadores de salud y seguridad en cualquier otra tarea administrativa relacionada con las actividades de construcción (preparación de presentaciones, informes, materiales).

Tu perfíl ideal:

• Experiencia en funciones administrativas
• Experiencia en obras de construcción
• Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia en administración de salud y seguridad
• Fluidez en español
• Carnet de conducir #LI-FF1
