Not only will you be working in one of Europe’s most iconic, sun-drenched cities, famous for its stunning architecture, sandy beaches, and world-class tapas, but you’ll also be the friendly voice guiding customers toward the perfect storage solutions. Whether they are moving to a new home or launching a dream business, you’ll be there to make their journey seamless and stress-free! ️✨

Your responsibilities

In this role, it’s all about building connections, no cold calling here!

• Be the Guide: Follow up with warm leads who have already shown interest and help them find exactly what they need.

• Personalized Solutions: Listen to customers’ stories and recommend the ideal unit size and services with honesty and clarity.

• Digital Support: Assist customers in completing their digital contracts smoothly and efficiently.

• Team Spirit: Work closely with our Operations Team to ensure a “five-star” move-in experience and share your best ideas with the crew.

• Accuracy: Keep our CRM system tidy and up-to-date.

Your profile

We are looking for a “people person” who thrives on positive interactions!

• Language: You are a Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.

• Experience: You have a background in sales or customer service and know how to build trust quickly.

• Mindset: You prefer a consultative approach over “high-pressure” sales. You want to help, not just sell! ❤️

• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.

• Energy: You’re a team player who loves a diverse, fast-paced environment.
