We are looking for a **Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant** to join our Marketing Operations team. This role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of SFMC, with experience in audience and segmentation selection, the design, implementation, and execution of Customer Journeys, as well as post-campaign analysis. **Main responsibilities** * SFMC knowledge (lisence utilisation and scalability, campaign management, data governance, email template creation, testing, automation, set-up, reporting, etc.) * Develop campaign optimization processes including automation, incident management, and technology research * Work with the account management team in the creation of customer journeys in SFMC * Lead regional technical architecture strategy in SFMC * Oversee functional technology in SFMC * Keep up-to-date with latest features and technological improvements in SFMC * Prepare summaries of technical meetings in order to be able to follow up the project.
