ODILO, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a Customer Success professional at Mid Level based in Madrid. You will manage a portfolio of B2B customers, drive adoption of the ODILO platform, and build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product and Delivery teams.
You will monitor customer health, lead business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and ensure renewal success while delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience in a hybrid work environment.
