Senior Specialist, Client and Talent Partnership, PTS - C1

Responsibilities

• Maintains great candidate experience and good relationship with clients in engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support.
• Sources and attracts highly qualified talents using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Hosts recruitment events virtually and/or in‑person with jobseekers and employers to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions.
• Assists senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for prospective and current clients.
• Conducts post‑placement follow‑ups with clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction and to discuss next steps for career aspirations and long‑term development goals.
• Maintains accurate and up‑to‑date records and provides regular reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions.
• Drives successful sales and recruitment processes through effective client and candidate engagement both online and offline.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the company, its processes and customers.
• Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results.
• Provides a moderate level of guidance and direction; may give informal guidance to new team members.
• Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent.
• Explains factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines.
• Performs a range of assignments related to the discipline.
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members.
